We put together this High Intensity Interval Training Tabada routine for our friends at Studio 8 Fitness in New York.  This Tabada Excercise Routine includes 30 second, high intensity interval training intervals that you can do nearly anywhere with little to no equipment.
This travel friendly workout is great for a quick heart-rate pumping workout.
All Ascension Fitness Clients receive a Complete Fitness Assessment (CFA) that includes body fat testing, evaluation and assessment of your body's muscular imbalances and design personalized programs to fit your needs, maximizing your results in a safe and effective manner.   The first step allows us to develop a personalized plan designed specifically for you and to objectively measure the

HOW TO GET STARTED
SESSIONS
30-MINUTE EXPRESS
The Express Workout utilizes high intensity interval training and multi-movement exercises to provide an intense, calorie burning workout.  This option is extremely popular for many of our clients with limited time availability.

60 MINUTE FULL
The 60-minute full session utilizes many of the same techniques as the 30-minute express and combines that with additional cardio, endurance, strength building and other techniques to help you achieve your goals.

Each training session is programmed and instructed by a Certified Personal Trainer and is designed to build upon your existing physical fitness levels and progress your fitness level through training based on real-time feedback and ongoing performance and body assessments.
