Each bootcamp is programmed by a Certified Personal Trainer with a change in training emphasis each week.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Ascension Fitness offers 3 different bootcamps. Each bootcamp is run on a monthly (4 weeks) programmed basis. Each bootcamp consist of:
Dynamic Warmup to make sure your muscles and heart are prepared for an amazing workout.
45-50 Minute Bootcamp Program using a mix of body weight exercises, TRX, BOSU, medicine balls, plyos, free weights, ropes, RIP trainers...you name it we've got it.
Warmdown and Stretch that uses proper cool down and stretching techniques to help reduce post workout aches and pains.
2 BOOTCAMPS TO CHOOSE FROM
Meets every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 5:30AM to 6:20AM.
Perfect for professionals and parents that need an early morning option.
MORNING MONTHLY CHALLENGE
Meets every Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:10AM to 10:00AM.
Perfect for parents with school age kids or flexible work schedules.
All of Ascension Fitness' classes and group programs are developed and programmed by a Certified Personal Training (CPT). Meet The Team.
