My name is Jennifer Lormand, Owner and Head Trainer at Ascension Fitness.  I created the Mommy Movement program three years ago due to my own struggles of getting back into shape after having my 2 boys, 16 months apart.  It was a 3-year process for me to get back into shape. I was frustrated and embarrassed about my weight gain and I was exercising 5 days a week I wasn't getting the results that I wanted.
